Job Summary:

This in return builds trust and loyalty from the customers to the company for taking special care of them. Customer trust has become very important today and the Customer Service Department is at the front and center of creating that trust.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Intimate knowledge of individual customer needs.
-Is able to empathize with an angry customer.
-Has the ability to use a database to analyze the customer's situation.
-Works to solve customer issues before they happen.
