This indenture, made ____/____/______, between ____________________ a resident of ____________________ County, further referred to as "Grantor", and ____________________ a resident of ____________________ County, further referred to as "Grantee". The words "Grantor" and "Grantee" to include their respective heirs, successors, and assigns where the context requires or permits.

Grantor in consideration of the sum of $_______ and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt is acknowledged, has remised, released and quit claimed and by all those present does remise, release and quit claimed unto the Grantee all the rights, title, interest, claim and demand which the Grantor has described the following lot, piece of land:





To have and to hold the said described premises to Grantee, neither Grantor nor any person that claim under Grantor shall at any time claim or demand any right or title to the said premises or any rights thereof.
