In the dwelling the Tenants occupy as listed in the above referenced Lease Agreement. Because the above listed Lease Agreement clearly states that pets are not allowed without the Owner's permission, the Tenants hereby agree to the following terms and conditions in exchange for the Owner's permission:
The tenant hereby agree to keep their pet under control at all times.
The tenant hereby agree to keep their pet restrained when it is outside their dwelling.
The tenant hereby agree that they will not leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable period of time.
The tenant hereby agree to clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly.
The tenant hereby agree to adhere to all local ordinances including leash and licensing requirements.
The tenant hereby agree that they will not leave food or water for their pet or any other animal outside their dwelling where it may attract other animals.
The tenant hereby agree that they will keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any discomfort and or annoyance to others and will remedy any complaints made through the Owners or Property Manager immediately.
The tenant hereby agree to provide their pet with regular health care including all recommended inoculations.
The tenant hereby agree to provide their pet with an identification tag.
The tenant hereby agree to get rid of their pet's offspring within eight weeks of birth.
The tenant hereby agree to pay immediately any damage, loss and or expense that is caused by their pet and in addition they will add $______ to their security deposit for any cleaning, repairs or delinquent rent when the tenant vacate. This additional deposit or what remains of it when all pet damages have been assessed shall be returned to the tenant within ____ days after they have proved that they will no longer keep this pet.
The tenant hereby agree to furnish the Owner's with a picture ID of their pet.
The tenant hereby agree to the Owner's right to revoke this Lease Pet Addendum should the tenant break this agreement.
