Make sure you have it written into each contract and even mention it when you are <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have it posted on the walls in change rooms, the lunch room or in other commons areas, if people need to be reminded.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Do as I Do<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you expect people to dress a certain way, or wear a uniform, you have to set the example.
