30 Day Notice To Quit

You are hereby notified that pursuant to Stat Civil Code, the tenancy under which you hold the possession of from month to month as the described premises below is terminated thirty days after you receive this notice.
You are further required to quit and deliver to the Landlord / Agent the possession of the premises as described below. The Landlord / Agent is hereby authorized to receive possession of the same on or before the expiration of the above stated thirty day period.
You are also notified that the purpose and intent of this Notice to Quit is to terminate your tenancy at the expiration of thirty days and that if at the expiration period you fail to quit the below listed premises and deliver the possession to the Landlord / Agent. Legal proceedings will be brought forth against you the above mentioned tenant to recover the possession of the premises as listed below to declare the lease or rental agreement forfeited and to recover damages for the unlawful possession of the said premises.
