15. Damage & Security Deposit Agreement

Prior to the commencement date, Tenant will give Owner a damage and security deposit of __________ to be
credited to any damages or loss caused by Tenant, other than ordinary wear and tear, any unpaid rent or utilities and
collection costs, including attorney fees. The extent of any damage or loss will be determined by reference to the
inventory. Owner wil send Tenant an itemized list of damages and costs, if any, within 30 days of moving out, to
Tenants last known address. Owner will refund the damage and security deposit, if any, within 30 days of move out.
