I need to let you know that recently there has been problems with the rules regarding tenant parking not being followed. It was reported to me on [00/00/00] that your vehicle has been in violation of the Homeowner's Association Parking Rules and Regulations.
Per our rental agreement, you are provided two (2) designated parking spots in front of the property. Numerous times, last month, it was noted that in addition to those parking places being used that an additional trailer was being stored at the end of the main parking lot. Storage of the trailer is not allowed outside of designated parking places by the Homeowner's Association, and subsequently our lease agreement. Per the lease agreement, further violations, after this initial notice of violation, will result in penalties of $25 per day billed monthly and due upon receipt to the HOA.
I appreciate your consideration and understanding with promptly addressing this so that the conditions of our agreement are being followed. Please call me if you have any questions or need any assistance in resolving this to ensure the parking rules are being strictly followed.
