Job Summary:
A Business Analyst is responsible for figuring out specific areas where changes
are needed in business processes and then calculating the impact of the changes made using profit
of the firm as a central reading. Conducts research and documents requirements and then works with the IT department
to facilitate change.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Understands various business process management including business requirements of customers.
-Makes sure that the solution that is developed is both economic and does not jeopardize the companies competitive stance.
-Has a sound understanding of the technical design and specifications of the company's infrastructure.
-Very strong technical skills combined with business experience.
-A liaison between various departments such as business units, IT teams and support personnel.
