Job Summary:
A Call Center Agent is an outgoing individual that handles incoming call traffic.
The position is designed for outgoing individuals that will aggressively solve any problems that a caller may
have with the company's product or may execute a new sale. Each new day presents different situations and keeps the work fresh and exciting.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Handle various customer complaints and try to develop a resolution.
-Process orders of all products that are from incoming calls of customers.
-Route incoming calls to the appropriate location.
-Document calls for ongoing statistical analysis.
