Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst plays an important role in any company. They deal with the daily financial operations of an organization.
This vital position develops and interprets detailed cost accounting information and then makes recommendations for the
allocation of resources to create a financially effective and efficient organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Conducts general financial analysis of the finance reports produced by various internal departments of the organization such as sales, marketing, purchasing and information technology.
-Prepares reports on the research conducted for senior level management.
-Is a subject matter expert on the use of spreadsheets and other analysis software.
-Develops new and innovative techniques for financial planning for the organization as a whole.
