Job Summary:
Implements Human Resources policies and programs. Manages all staffing
and recruiting needs of the company. Also, conducts performance management and training.
Along with compensation and benefits administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Identify staff vacancies and then recruit, interview and select candidates.
-Provide current and prospective employees with information regarding policies, job specifications, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefit plans including health insurance.
-Perform various staffing duties including firing and carrying out disciplinary procedures.
-Educate management on organizational policies such as equal employment opportunity and give advice on needed changes and implementation.
