An IT Project Manager creates and provides maintenance for information technology projects.
They communicate work schedules, critical timeframes,and allocate various resources to their project team.
They also, provide coordination for the delivery of production releases that meet strict testing guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Create key deliverables such deadlines, coordinating project launches, facilitating communication between teams.
-Bringing the project team together through various team building exercises.
-Trouble shoots complex errors in the software.
-Makes sure that the development process is conducted on schedule and within budget.
