Job Summary:
The marketing manager is responsible for developing and providing maintenance on marketing strategies
that are created to meet company objectives. This position is designed to evaluate customer data, market conditions, competitor
information and then make changes to the organization's marketing plans as needed based on this information.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Creates an annual marketing plan in combination with the Sales Department to meet company financial goals and strategic objectives.
-Manage any print production of marketing literature for distribution to the community.
-Assist with the creation of a Marketing Department budget and give a budget presentation to the steering committee.
-Analyze current market conditions and adjust current marketing strategy as needed.
