Job Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for many different aspects of a revenue generating property. Marketing plays a
central role in a property manager's workload. The property needs to be fully occupied with qualified tenants that pay rent in a timely manner.
Maintenance of the property also falls under the manager's responsibility. Finally, the Property Manager
has to manage the day to day financial operations of the property.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Actively advertise any openings the property may have and interview potential tenants.
-Record daily financial transactions in the accounting software.
-Create reports for the owners showing profitability of the property on an ongoing basis.
-Maintain the property including landscaping.
