Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse evaluates patient's needs and then administers care along with documentation for the caring physician.
This position also communicates medical conditions to the patient and immediate family members.Finally, a Registered Nurse works with a
team of medical professionals to administer the comprehensive medical plan developed by the lead Doctor.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Instruct patients and their caring family members how to manage post treatment home care needs.
-Create a home care recovery plan for the patient.
-Promote general health care in the community by taking part in out-reach programs in the school system.
-Administer the in hospital health care plan created by the caring physician.
