Business Purchase Proposal Letter

If there is a business that you are interested in purchasing, the first step is to write a proposal to buy a business letter. In the letter simply state your interest and the general terms that you would like to go ahead and negotiate further. The response from this letter will then let you know if there is an interest in selling to you and what the next step should be. If the business you are interested in buying is an LLC then the sample LLC Buyout Agreement may be helpful.
