The Client would like quality vending service for its employees and customers. While The Vendor has the ability to provide vending services and equipment.
Therefore, both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Client agrees to allow The Vendor to exclusively provide vending equipment to The Location Client and will dedicate sufficient and proper space for the vending equipment subject to the terms and conditions of this Vending Contract.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the above Effective Date and shall continue until either of the above mentioned parties requests with a thirty day written notice to end this Vending Contract.
