The Nanny Agreement is hereby entered between The Family and The Nanny on the following terms and conditions:
The Nanny agrees to work a standard time frame of ______ hours per week and this shall be referred to as a standard work week hereafter.
The Nanny shall receive a salary of $_______ per ____________. The family will issue a payment every ____________. The Family does hereby agree to pay The Nanny an hourly rate of _______ for all overtime that The Nanny works.
The Family will pay 100% of The Nanny's state unemployment insurance and 50% of the Social Security and Medicare tax.
The Nanny is an at-will employee and may choose to work for The Family as long as The Nanny wishes. With a reciprocal effect The Family may continue to employ The Nanny for as long as they wish. Both parties to The Nanny Agreement do hereby agree to provide three weeks notice of intent when terminating this agreement or pay the equivalent time in cash except when such termination is for just cause.
The Nanny does hereby agree to perform the following responsibilities per requirement of The Family's employment:

The Nanny shall receive the following paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If any of the paid holidays fall on a weekend The Nanny will be given the Friday off proceeding the "holiday" weekend. The Nanny shall be provided with ____ days of vacation, sick days and personal time off and to be used as The Nanny wishes.
The Nanny does hereby understand that all private information that is obtained about The Family during the course of employment is to be held strictly confidential and may not be communicated in any way to a third party. This confidentiality provision of The Nanny shall survive termination of The Nanny Agreement.
The Nanny agrees to maintain valid child care licenses as required by state law including child CPR and First Aid. The Nanny will furnish proof of such required credentials at the start of employment.
Upon termination of this Nanny Agreement, The Nanny agrees to return to The Family all Family property, such as house and car keys, and remote entry devices.
Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of __________ in __________ County and any applicable Federal Law.
