The Paint Contractor hereby agrees to execute the following services in consideration for the Client's payment of the following amount $_______.
1. The Paint Contractor will prepare the Client's location at the following address:
_____________ for painting:(Wash as needed, disinfect, apply a primer coat, sand, etc.)
2. Place _____ number of coats of ___________ type of paint to the following on the Client's property:

(Describe rooms and surfaces to be painted)
3. Clean any drips or spills and "over painting" and remove all Paint Contractor's materials and debris from the Client's property at the completion of contract.
All materials are guaranteed to be as specified and all work shall be performed in accordance with the above mentioned specifications and in a professional and timely manner.
Payment: The Client will pay the Paint Contractor $_____ upon acceptance of this contract; $_____ upon the completion of (1) Preparation; and $_____ upon completion of (3) Clean up.
Any alterations to the above mentioned contract must be requested by the Client and agreed to by the Paint Contractor in writing. Additional charges may apply and will be payable upon the completing of agreed upon item (3) above. Both parties hereby agree to the terms of this agreement above by their signatures found below:
Either party may terminate this contract at any time by supplying a written notice of termination on a specified date to the other party, with at least two weeks notice prior to the stated date of termination.
If there is any litigation needed between the Client and Day Care it shall be filed and tried in the Day Care's local jurisdiction.
