I understand that my security deposit will be refunded as previously agreed upon, less past due unpaid charges, after I have moved out and completely vacated the premises and returned possession of the above listed property to the property management. As long as I leave the residence in clean and undamaged condition.
I understand that my Lease Agreement states that I have agreed to a thirty day written Notice to Vacate. I also, understand that I am responsible for paying rent through the end of the term as previously agreed to in the Lease / Rental Agreement or until another tenant is approved by the management and has taken occupancy, whichever occurs first. Also, as I have agreed to in my Lease Agreement I will make the premises accessible to the management team to show to prospective tenants or purchasers at any time that is within reason and will not be dependent if I am present.
